Australia tormented Djokovic – Serbian president

Serbia’s president has described Australia’s treatment of Novak Djokovic as “torment and torture”.

Aleksandar Vucic told the BBC he spoke to the tennis star on the phone after judges ruled he would be deported from Australia to “cheer him up”.

Djokovic has left the country after having his visa cancelled twice meaning he will not be able to defend his Australian Open title.
