General Belgrano: The opera singer who survived the sinking of the Argentine cruiser

During the conflict between Argentina and Britain over the Falkland Islands or Malvinas Islands, in May 1982, the British torpedoes sank the Argentine cruiser General Belgrano. Dario Volonte, an 18-year-old Argentinian singer of opera, was one of the survivors.
