Russia ‘running out of steam’ in Ukraine, UK spy chief says

Russia has “run out steam” in its attack against Ukraine, Richard Moore (chief of Britain’s MI6 foreign Intelligence Agency) stated in a brief comment on social media.

Moore stated “Running out Steam …””” above a British Defence Ministry tweet in which the Russian government was “growing desperate” and claimed that it had lost thousands of troops during its invasion of Ukraine.
