Russia says Crimea airbase blast was detonation of ammunition, not attack

Russia’s defense ministry stated that an explosion at a Russian military base in Crimea on Tuesday (9. August) was caused by a detonation aviation ammunition and that there were no casualties. RIA Novosti reported.

It stated that there was no attack and that no military equipment was damaged.
