One dead, 18 wounded in morning shelling of Ukraine city Kharkiv, regional governor says

A person was killed and 18 others were injured in a pre-dawn bombardment of a residential area of Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine, Oleh Synehubov said.

Synehubov posted the following message on the Telegram messaging application: “At this moment, there are 18 injured, among which two children, one died.”

Six people were killed and 16 others were injured in a Russian rocket attack that struck the city a day earlier.
