Donbas separatist leader urges referendum on joining Russia

Denis Pushilin is the head of Russia-backed separatist Donetsk in Ukraine. He called on his counterpart from Luhansk to join forces for preparing a referendum about joining Russia.

He posted a video on social media and told Leonid Pasechnik, Luhansk People’s Republic leader, that his actions should be coordinated.
