Ukraine presidential office: Kyiv hit by kamikaze drones

Kamikaze drones attacked the capital of Kyiv on Monday (17 October). Telegram user Andriy Yarmak reported that the head staff of the Ukrainian president had reported the incident.

“Russians believe that it will help,” Yermak said.
