NATO’s Stoltenberg hails ‘encouraging’ liberation of more Ukrainian territory

Jens Steltenberg, NATO Secretary General (pictured), stated Wednesday (9 November) it was encouraging to see Ukrainian forces being able to liberate additional territory. After Sergei Shoigu (Russia’s defence minister) ordered his troops from Kherson, this is what happened.

Stoltenberg spoke in London where he was meeting Rishi, the British Prime Minister. He stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have won victories, and made progress. He said that it was important to have support from NATO and the United Kingdom.
