Ukraine war: Russian ambassador quizzed over alleged war crimes

Andrei Kelin, Russia’s ambassador in the UK, was asked if he believes that his country committed war crimes against Ukraine. He spoke to Victoria Derbyshire in support of BBC Newsnight.

According to Ukraine, Russian forces have committed at least 34,000 war crimes since February.

Russia denies that its troops deliberately target civilians or commit atrocities in occupied territories.
