New York: Man rescued seconds before incoming train

New York City Police Department bodycam footage shows how a man was rescued from Harlem subway tracks by officers just moments before a train arrives at the station.

A bystander tried to help the officer when he arrived.

After lowering the man onto the platform by the officers and the member, the public, they climbed to safety.
