Russian top-gold producer Polyus has announced that Mr. Mikhail Stiskin, the company’s Senior vice president for Finance and Strategy, is resigning. On November 29, 2022 Mr. Stiskin also resigned as a member of the Polyus Board of Directors.
The Senior Vice President for Finance and Strategy title will be abolished. The vice presidents of strategy and business development, Mr. Anton Rumyantsev and Mrs. Anna Lobanova, will continue to manage the company’s operations.
Pavel Grachev was the Company’s CEO from 2014 until his resignation, Polyus reported April 2022.
