Russia’s Medvedev predicts war in West

Dmitry Medvedev, an arch loyalist of Vladimir Putin and a former Russian president was offered a job. He foresaw war between Germany, France and the United States next Year, as well as a civil war that would allow Elon Musk to be elected president.

Medvedev was deputy head of Putin’s advisory security council. During the four-year time that Putin was prime minister, he served as president. His fortune appears to have been a rise in the Kremlin. Putin announced Monday that he would become his deputy in a committee responsible for the military sector.

His 2023 predictions were published on his Twitter and Telegram accounts. He also predicted that Britain would join EU. This would result in its fall.

Musk, Tesla boss, and now Twitter owner, responded by tweeting “Epic Thread!” to Medvedev’s suggestion that he would become president of the United States. He did not criticize Medvedev’s predictions but he responded that a US president would win. Medvedev has praised Musk for suggesting that Ukraine should cede territory to Russia in peace agreements.

Medvedev, who reimagined himself as an arch-hawk after Russia’s February 24 invasion, calls the conflict in apocalyptic terms and religious terms. He refers to Ukraine’s conflict in apocalyptic language, calling Ukrainians “cockroaches”, in language Kyiv calls openly violent. Last week, he made a rare overseas trip to China and met with President Xi Jinping over foreign policy.

Vladimir Pastukhov (a political scientist) said that Medvedev’s outspoken public persona had won him favor from his boss.

Pastukhov, a London-based professor of political science, stated that Medvedev’s Telegraph posts had at most one reader, and even an admirer in Putin.
