Residents in East Palestine, Ohio are angry after a train carrying dangerous chemicals was towed away from their small town.
One local said that “what rolls along on those tracks is more valuable than the lives of residents in our community.”
Federal and state officials assured residents that they are removing contamination from the site and that the quality of the municipal water and air is now normal. The Governor advised residents who live near the spillage to drink bottled water.
